Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or continuously available. Under no circumstances will we be liable for financial losses or direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.

The application is designed to comply, to the best of our knowledge, with the Income Tax Act of Canada and the Quebec Taxation Act. The Fisc-Haul application is a tool designed to help truck drivers log their trips and generate reports and forms (including, in particular, the TL2 form for Canada and the TP‑66 form for Quebec) based on current tax rules in Canada. These reports are generated from the data you provide or that the application automatically collects during normal operation.

Fisc-Haul does not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes regarding the use of the application will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of this province.
